We believe at Niramay that your happiness is our topmost priority!
So, we work tirelessly to delight you with our products and make you feel really really special.
We understand that skincare is a very personal purchase and for this very reason, we will be happy to issue a full refund for any full priced unopened/Unused merchandise that is returned to our warehouse within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Feel free to contact us and we will be happy to arrange reverse pickup for most locations in India.
In case you received any opened merchandise please feel free to reject it at the time of delivery.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products and we are not liable for any damage post delivery of the product.
We will initiate your refund as soon as the product reaches our nearest warehouse and we will inform you about the refund via sms and email.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
The item is unused and unwashed
Tags and packaging are intact
The request is made within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety:
Innerwear
Socks
Clearance/Final sale items
Custom orders
are not eligible for return.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
Share pictures/video as proof
We will replace or refund at no extra cost
4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned product.
Refund will be provided as:
Store credit or
Original payment method (if eligible)
Processing time: 5–7 working days
5. Pickup Instructions
The product must be packed securely.
Our courier partner will attempt pickup 2–3 times.
If pickup fails, you may need to self-ship the item.
6. Exchanges
Exchange is allowed for size or product change, subject to stock availability.
